This rustic serving platter was handmade in Dumfries using locally grown Ash by woodworker Mike Dixon.
This is a one-off piece; there’ll never be another one quite like it!
The platter features a good-sized rounded handle with a large hole which can be used to hang it from the wall.
It’s the perfect size for serving cheeses, salads or meats and can even be used as a plate for snacks and nibbles!
Ash is a beautiful wheat-coloured hardwood which features gorgeous caramel-coloured grain.
Dimensions (W x L x H) – 14.5cm x 37cm x 2.5cm approx (including 9cm long handle)
Care for your handmade serving platter –
Caring for your handmade serving platter couldn’t be simpler – just wipe it clean with a damp cloth after each use. You can keep the wood fresh by rubbing it with olive oil every few months.
