Oak is a strong, durable, hardwood and is well suited for chopping boards. The name Pippy Oak comes from the clusters of small knots that can be found throuhgout the wood. This board features a lovely long group of knots along one edge in a wave pattern, almost like the wake of a boat cutting through the water. Lighter rippled markings also appear across both faces of the board and are enhanced by the rich coffee-colour of the main wood grain. The oak was grown locally in the borderlands of Scotland.

Dimensions (W x L x H) – 38cm x 28cm x 2.5cm approx
